Now that cata has been out a while... what are your plans for the expansion?

Since we've all gotten our feet wet... what are your plans? Is boxing still fun to you? Is WoW in general still fun for you?

Try to beat all heroic dungeons ... Maybe some arena.

Been slowely adding in RAF accounts to take my total accounts past 12. Getting all those toons up to at least 60, and then doing the grind on to 75 after.

In the mean time, I still have my 5 man team at 85 running around and helping the guild mostly.

Continue to play a frost mage as my pvp main and contemplating leveling a DK for both pve and pvp. Have no interest in boxing anymore.

Have cancelled all my accounts, listed the Feral nerfs as the reason.

I plan to play my Ferals on BG weekends, just to cap their honor.
At least until the patch goes through.
Then evaluate if they're fun or not; which will determine whether I renew.

In the meantime, I'm leveling my remaining teams towards 85th.
Am also doing the daily transmutes, to make the most gold possible.
Even if I quit Cataclysm, there's a chance I might try the next expansion even if it is one-boxed to see if it is worth boxing, etc.

I've noticed a pattern of most boxers quitting boxing. I guess blizzard fixed the "problem" of boxers by changing the game so drastically.

bit far anit it?? ok there nert Ferals a bit (maybe over nerf then) but have you played with the changes how do you know there pointless? if they do not nerf them and the class can "single" two shoot players that i have seen at 85 there doing, 5 of them still could be very stong. + there going to be a lot better gear for us to see and ofc epic gems will come in at sometime over cata. its still new and this is the frist Patch since the xpac has been out who the hell knows whats going to happon in 4.1

That would be true if they were not homogenizing the game.

Anyone disagreeing that a feral druid has way too much advantage (to the extend of a guaranteed kill when they engage) should see a doctor. On my elemental shaman for example I sit at 4k resilience. Druid has stealth so you can't seem him coming. As soon as I'm engaged, I have 1 trinket, 1 slow and 1 thunderstorm. My roots are useless. Hex don't work. At this point I'm only trying to survive. Ghostwolf is pretty pointless as it goes below 100% . I'm engineer + goblin so rocket boots + jump. Still not enough. Just can't get a cast off. If I manage one way or another to survive when the kitty plays plain stupid and heal through it, all cd's are used and I'm oom; kitty throws a couple of selfheals on him and he can start over with the show. Even when I manage to kill a feral, dots keep ticking on me after he is down. Not to mention too many gap closers. Same goes for warriors, however quite a good part of them are plain dumb as they are the taste of the month class.

My mate leveled an 85 boomkin recently. In his sp green gear we did a few bg's. He tried (in same sp / greens) a kitty spec and was just owning half of the bg.

However I can see that boxing them is a different thing, and that the fun part might be gone with the patch. That doesn't change the fact that they are way to OP atm and the nerfs are well deserved.

My plans for Cata are to let my subs retire while I anxiously await Rift Betas and Rift to go live. I will two box Rift until end game and see what happens from there. If i enjoy it i might start 5 boxing it or might come back to WoW. However, SWtOR might be out by then 8) So if thats as good as it looks like it might be, WoW might be a thing of the past!
