Question about 4.0.6

So reading through the patch notes, I saw this. I know that they are adding BC and ToT specifically, but the ALL normal is throwing me off. Does this mean 85s can queue for ANY dungeon specifically or just the more level appropriate ones? Just curious if anyone has used this on the PTR.

• Level 85 players can now choose any normal dungeon via the Dungeon Finder. Choosing Random Dungeon will still not add Blackrock Caverns or Throne of the Tides into the rotation.

This means, you have two options to acquire a group. Option one is to pick specific dungeons. Option two is to select Random.

If you select Random, you will NOT get BRC or ToT.

Is that because those dungeons are face roll at 85?

I was thinking in terms of making it really easy to go back and finish some dungeons you may have missed along the way. Anything from BC, etc without having to travel the world.
