Instance boosting still possible?

Hey all, I am getting kind of bored with my current team and was thinking about starting a new one. I was going to start 3 new accounts just to re-raf, then transfer the new toons to my main accounts after the 1-60 grind is finished. Was hoping that instance boosting with a level 85 still worked, has anyone done it lately? Also the heirloom experience bonus gear doesn't stack with RAF right?

Ya, know, I keep reading terms like "Boosting" and there really isnt a list of multi boxer lingo definitions.
So Far, I learned
IWT = Interface w Target
RAF = Recruit a Friend
FTL = Focusless, Targetless, Leaderless
Rreg = Repeater Region

I don't know why boosting wouldn't be viable anymore. So I'm just going to say: Yes it is viable and will probably always be viable, for a boxer. Especially with RAF.

Nothing stacks with RAF exp bonus.
