    Hey there,

I am using the DNP list and I have all my WASD keys in there, along with a bunch others. I am not using any keymaps, I never did understand how those worked.

What if I sent you my DNP list and WoW keylist, maybe my XKeys as well, would that help troubleshoot things?

    Thanks

I have this happen to me sometimes. My movement keys are different for the main (WASD) and minions (NUMPAD 8456). But my spread-out key (R) can still cause this to happen, where one or more minions will just keep running. When I see this, I just press R again quickly and it's fixed every time. So it looks very much like it's just missing the key-up event the first time.

In your case, if you have multiple keys, you may have to think carefully about which one applied to the minion that's running away at the moment, and make sure to press that key again.

Just a suggestion guys - WHITELIST not DO NOT PASS.

    Why?

Because with the whitelist you KNOW what is passing, if something doesn't work, tweak the whitelist until it does work. This lets you stop a myrad of these types of problems before they even start.

    Hey Zanthor,

For this problem, it isn't as easy as that. Imagine this scenario.

You press a button for lightning bolt (SHIFT F6). You press it again.. and again and again. The 1000th time you press it, all your guys go apenuts insane and run around.

In this scenario, whitelist/DNP doesn't really apply. Unfortunately, this is what is happening to me.

Are you guys using multiple networked machines, each with 2+ wow toons on each? I can't be the only one experience this?

Also, I notice that when intensive battles happen (AKA lots of button pressing on XKeys), keyclone on the remote machines will crash

I'm not sure why this happens, but to fix it I just have to right click a few times on the client windows and the characters of the window I'm not clicking on stop moving

I was actually thinking earlier yesterday that I haven't seen it in a while and then BOOM it happened on Heroic Tavarok, I thought I was going to wipe, but a few clicks and some level headed thinking and I still took him down.

Whitelist doesn't recognize some commands correctly. I put alt+3 in Whitelist and it only pressed 3 on some alts some of the time, didn't even register alt(and alt is my bottomleft hotkeys, aka 2nd most used); already made Keyclone aware of this the first day I got keyclone and found this out. Just hit your follow macro to bring 'em back, hold shift/alt/whatever and spam your movements and spam all 7 movement keys(WSAD, strafe/turn/ autorun, my autorun is R and EQ are turn left/right) to stop 'em, then hit yer follow macro again and yer fixed for now

I also am having this issue occasionally where my clones are running off in straight lines, it *usually* happens after pressing an ALT-{key}, I've gotten better at hitting Pause and using synergy to stop them by trying different movement keys. On my 70's my pageup is my mount macro with modifiers causing me to use flying/land/fast/slow mounts depending if I'm PL'ing my lower toons at the time or not. My dismount macro is on ALT-PageDown and that right there seems to be the most common trigger of this problem. I'm usually just coming in for a landing or arriving at my destination and hit that combo and then my priest goes off running somewhere else on her own, lol.

Keyclone, would it be possible to have an optional window that pops up below KC or something that shows the last few hundred keypresses that comes across the network (or same box) from each keyclone with modifiers as well as what was pressed on the local KC? I think that might help see what's going on and what keypresses are causing this.
