Anyone been successful in soloing BoT trash for epics?

I have yet to try, was wondering if anyone else has and if it was successful or a waste of time. Drops are about a 15% per mob to actually drop an epic and they sell for between 20 and 40k on most servers.

I did this with ICC and was wondering if anyone has been successful with 5 toons at doing this, even if it isn't all the pulls.

15% drop chance per mob, and min of 20k.. thats an minimum average of 3k gold per mob. That's defiantly worth doing! Heck even if you only kill 1 mob a time before a wipe.. How much is it going to cost to repair for a single death per toon? not 3 grand that's for sure. and being trash not a boss it will respawn. Do an instance or 2 while you wait for it to respawn. easy gold.

You can reset it and it will spawn again, just like sunwell/icecrown.

This has been on my list of shit to do... I haven't tried it either, but I suspect even just getting 1 drop you will have made up any lost time/repair bills

Void and myself were able to solo the trash with our DK's before we even had the Conquest weapons. It was not fun, super stressful, full of wipes and generally irritating but doable.

Is this trash similar to BH trash? The kind that one hits tanks if every single person in raid isn't stacked?

Well, I just spend the last hour farming trash in there. I did the first 4 pull, then pulled the groups of 8 mobs on each side. Killed about npcs 50 total, no epics, about 15-20g per mob, 5 greens and a lot of cloth and grays. You can cc all the mobs besides the twilight soul blades.
