Ozruk in heroic wasn't too easy but managed to slain him flasked with volcanic pots :P

Pulled with Arcane Blast, had broadcasting on, walked backwards while putting images out. then spellstole shield , time warp, talented mana gem and nuked all out. Used Ice Block -macro at first (and last) paralyze, spellstole shield again and nuked him down.
