    Default Latency problems

I debated for a bit about
    A. Do i post this in the first place, and
    B. Where?

Regarding WoW and ISBoxer, I have seen some rather curious latency issues. I have tried the whole gammit of "fixes"
    video settings to lowest possible
    sound off
    virus software off
double check and turn off ALL back ground applications
    reset router
    reset cable modem
remove router from the network and direct plug to modem
swapped video cards with a "me too" computer
    installed more RAM
turned off all addons... ALL addons
reformat computer and reinstall Windows7 with WoW only
    checked all drivers for updates
    checked for any open ports

Basically what Im getting to is, before I loaded ISBoxer my WoW latency is ~ 170 to 220 in org, full graphics.
After ISBoxer runs once (including innerspace), my WoW latency is ~ 2000+ to ~7000. My frame rate is ~ 80fps, and bandwidth load is at 0.

    Intel MB with dual core 2.4, 3GB ram DDR2 800mhz, nvidia 260GT PCIe, SATA2 7200 500G HDD, 550W PWS
Cisco lynksys E2000 4 port router, connected to wireless printer, wireless laptop, wireless desktop, and 2 wireless iPhones, Hardwire to my computer. 35MB/sec internet speed, 1Gig ethernet port.

ANY... and I mean ANY suggestions, asside of "get a new computer"??!? Im near being desperate.

Possibly post this on the isboxer forums too.
Much more likely that Lax will see it there.

    Good idea.

Update: I discovered that my virus software is flagging ISBoxer as "actions similar to a keylogger".

PLEASE DO NOT READ INTO THIS MORE THAN WRITTEN!!!

Virus software will flag a lot of stuff cause its "similar" or "suspicious" Ive chatted with Lax many times, I do not have anything to suggest this is a "k-logger". I post this, in case anyone knows the reason why it may do this, or in case anyone may know if this is indicative of a system problem.

Incidentally, It flags Ventrilo as a k-logger also. Ive had Vent for 6 yrs.
