ok at least this is temprorary fix. i have a 22" and a 17". i set it up in horizontal span, now your big screen, which is my main, becomes horribly blurry becuase it is being forced at a resolution of 1280x1024. ok so what i did was i opened nvidia control panel with advanced settings showing. i went down to, manage custom resolutions. i then clicked on the 17" monitor and said create. i then entered the native resolution for my 22" which is 1680x1050. i clicked test, then yes accept changes, then ok. now i went into the change resolution part just a few option above the manage custom resolutions in the nvidia control panal. i then changed the resolution on my 22" to 1680x1050.

Wala my main screen is at native res while my 17 inch is also at that resolution but it just goes off the screen so i can still run a wow window in 1280x1024.

Also note to get your taskbar to show only on your main screen, go into nvidia desktop manager, enable it go to windows tab and check limit taskbar to 1 screen.

hope this helps everyone.

down side to this is you might loose some windows if you place them too far off the screen of your smaller monitor. to fixe this right click the app thats in your taskbar at the bottom. click move and without moviing ur mouse or clickign use teh arrow keys to bring them back in the screen.

edit: also to fix error messages etc go into nvidia desktop manager goto windows tab again and click prevent windows from opening off-screen and down at the bottom in teh drop down menu it allows dialog boxes to be forced onto the screen of your choosing.
