Funny you mention that Zenga, Our guild tried that ourselves, and infest was a pain in the butt. We finaly brought in another priest, which made for 2, and my resto shammy.

Had all the ranged close in on me, and I hit Healing rain at the start of the fight, which seems to work during that phase.

Then for some unknown reason, no one could target the Valks. we gave up soon after that.

Do you guys use any kind of strat for Sarth 3D or can you just brute force it now?

When I do it, I just clear the trash the zerg Sarth. I make my resto shaman into a elemental shaman and just DPS.

The only important thing is positioning. I usually stack in the corner to avoid the Lava Waves.

Thanks for the great idea, that was fun. I ran OS3D with my melee team last night and the entire endeavor only took about 10 minutes, I cleared all the trash and just ran in and zerged him down (though, I wiped after he died ). "Sartharion must die" also happened to be the raid weekly quest, which was an additional 30 gold and 168 Justice Points.

You could brute force it at 80. There is a certain dps you require to kill sarth before the 2nd drake comes down. First drake was either tanked by MT and pop cds or tauned by druid who then went cat form and sprinted away.

Or, you can do it the old school way and smash each drake as they land if you dont feel like dying. They don't take much to kill and void zones aren't 1 shotters anymore. Waves stil hurt though.

You can get a small amount (16-17 or so) JP points from every wotlk heroic boss. You have to fly to the entrance manually though to enter as you can't use the lfg tool any more I don't think. They also award about 6 honour points each too usually.

Aren't those 6 honor points only a replacement of stonekeepers shards so you only get the 6 honor when you have WG?
