Default Risky Farming Rep in Queue

I've forfeited several matches now due to pulling a group in an instance just before the arena queue pops. It's frustrating as hell watching the counter tick down and not being able to get out of combat. You should be able to get into arenas while in PvE combat or at least give you more time. Bleh.

and that would be abused as hell ... and give you more time? so arena queues only get longer? and your opponent should just wait longer cause you are busy 'pve-ing'?

arena queues are max a few minutes here, so i'd be fine with reducing the time you get between pop and accept.

maybe they should make the time you get to accept relative to the time you were in the queue .. the longer the queue the more time you get as it's likely one went for a shit or is checking nice legs online

Dude, after the queue stops allowing you in, you still sit in the entryway for another 45 sec. I agree that they could allow you to enter anytime until 15 sec before the match starts

this is wow - avoiding a pve death based on the randomness of a queue pop as abusable is laughable. you save meaningless gold on a repair bill and gain what?

brothel, exactly - you just sit there for 45 seconds - why they FORCE you to forfeit rather than allowing you to join in those 45 seconds where you're just sitting there waiting for the final 10 seconds to actually buff is beyond my understanding. queue times here during prime time are 3 to 10 minutes. thats a long time to twiddle your thumbs when you could be grinding something meaningful.

Well the arena queues predicted times are pretty accurate for me. I could queue up before engaging a boss I have trouble with and if it goes bad i'd have arena queue as a free escape. 'I could', as in people could. Going to arena entrance and then leaving straight away again. Every little trick gets exploited in this game, leading to annoyance for others.

But i do understand your point, a bit more flexibility wouldn't hurt. But it's like my mate in the guild: he dc's now and then in a bg: so until a week or 2 ago he would be booted from the bg and get deserted buff upon logging back in. Major anger towards blizzard from him. Now they've fixed this and they apparently gave players more time to join / reconnect after a dc, and now he is pissed when we have to start a WsG with 8-9 (1-2 guys who dc'd or did not accept the inv) and why they don't get kicked. So hard to do right for every situation.

I've used insant dungeon queues as a tank on my prot pally to avoid being ganked. Hammer of justice, run away a bit (queue while running), only takes 5 seconds to get out of combat then boom, accept! :P
