Cata Heroic Boss Strategies

Figured it might be a good idea to make a thread giving tips on how to down H bosses.
Feel free to give strategies!

Grand Vizier Ertan
Boss spawns Lurking Tempests throughout the fight. To counter any dmg they might do a simple way would to be space your toons out around the boss (make a circle around him) so that the lurkers disappear when then spawn.
Don't worry about moving out of the center storm, should be able to heal through it.

Altairus
Get your slaves back against one of the pillars up the stairs. The boss spawns tornado's that punt you around a lot so this helps to avoid punts and take less dmg.
Don't worry about moving your characters upwind or not, there are just to many tornado's to make this effective dps increase.

Asaad
Accord to my friend/tank, static cling is avoidable if you jump, has yet to work for me. It can also be dispelled.
Chain Lightning hurts so be ready to heal up after it.
When the boss starts casting the antimagic zone get to it quickly, he finishes faster on heroic and it's auto death.
