They need to cite their sources.

As for totem twisting, it's not like it was OP in the first place. Total drain on your mana.

Totem twisting is mainly for enhancement Shaman utilizing Windfury totem, and as Vyndree stated is a huge drain on mana. This has no issues with multi-boxing.

Some shamen dropped Windfury totem to buff his party with it, then dropped the agi totem, then re-dropped the windfury totem just before the buff cooldown from the first windfury totem is gone, refreshing it, then repeating so essentially his party had both windfury and grace of air on. As said above though, huge mana drain on an already low-mana high-mana-use class.
