    Default Cataclysm Raid Boxing

So for those of you into Cataclysm Heroics so far (and maybe also raiding with your guilds), what is the feasibility of boxing raids a la Naxx, Uld, and ICC in Wrath?

From what I am hearing so far, it seems that Cata Heroics are on par, difficulty-wise for boxers, with raid level encounters in Wrath. So I would assume that Raid encounters are an order of magnitude more difficult.

I will never doubt the skill and ingenuity of the boxing community to overcome these obstacles, but given the fact that I am more of a casual boxer, I am not sure that I would ever be in a position to be able to box raid level encounters by myself. I had dreams of that in Wrath, but they seem beyond my grasp now. The reason I ask is that I don't feel like spending another $200 + monthly subscription cost to find out that I lack the requisite skills to achieve my goal. It seems better to just transfer my 80's to my new RAF chained accounts and call it good.

    Default

I've attempted some trash in the 10 man version of BoT with my Pally+4 DK's. I wiped about 10 times, but that was mostly due to A) Not having one of them geared as a tank, and B) having zero reliable CC. If I had had another 5 boxer or 5 individuals it'd have been totally doable.

My gut feeling is that it's mostly a gear issue. Cata heroics are as hard as TBC heroics were at launch. There's no free epics like there were with the Wrath launch to help you get through heroics. My guess is that once you've got the appropriate gear 10 mans will be doable solo--Perhaps not all of them but some of them at least.
