Default FPS on alts messed up

My FPS on my alts are messed up. Under the character sets the foreground is 60fps and background 30fps in my setup. After the first major patch for the expansion my alts are locked at 15fps no matter if they are on my main window or not. Anyone have any ideas to fix this? When I swap an alt to the main screen he chops around at 15fps making it a pain to play. I don't know what else to do because this did not happen before.

    Have not experienced this myself.
What software are you using and how are you limiting the FPS on the slaves?

Isboxer. On the character sets they are set to 60 fps front 30fps back. I have no idea why my slaves are getting locked at 15fps.

    Do you have VSync enabled?
I believe that locks you into a full fraction or multiple of 30 (or was it 60).
    So: 240, 120, 60, 30, 15, 7.50, etc.

Even if you had VSync enabled, 30 should be doable on the slaves.
    But that's my best guess.

    Not sure.
I'd ask in the IRC chat maybe, or start a thread with the [IS Boxer] tag; better chance of having Lax look at it.

I figured it out. It was my old drivers. I have not updated my graphics drivers since I purchased the card long ago. Once I download the new drivers everything works fine. 60 fps on my main screen when I swap toons. I was sitting here pissed and said hey let me try to update the drivers. This is so much better. No more Choppy Sinclair.
