Just picked up CTM, starting a week late, from what I've read and seen, I plan to level mostly thru dungeons. But are there any quests that you should do for reputation, profession, etc?

For example, in WOTLK, you have to do the long chain to open up Sons of Hodir for shoulder enchant, and do at least enough quests to get to friendly (to be able to buy tabard) with the 4 factions for head enchants and profession patterns.

So what are the equivalent in CTM and what would be the quickest way to reach those? thanks.
