I've got a stealth macro, bound to a thumb mouse button for ease:

Have not macro'd Feral Charge - Ravage, as the opener.
Would like Ravage (on a Feral Charge or stealthed) otherwise Shred, but don't see that working.

Was thinking of this, especially in conjunction with Feral Charge (Cat):

/cast [stealth] Pounce; Ravage
