Phasing messes up RAF XP

Just an FYI:

I am leveling teams of Worgen. I have noticed that on occasion, the phasing seems to mess up RAF XP calculations. For example, not all the characters get the same XP from quest turn-ins despite being grouped together and in range during turn-ins.

Mildly annoying simply because I am OCD about having identical XP bars.

Anyone else notice this?

yeah my worgen team isn't getting same xp either...not sure if its a bug or what, but all in all this expansion continues to disappoint.

I am tempted to start a thread on this alone. WIth herbing/mining giving xp, my lead toon always gets ahead of the rest. And I wrestle with catching the followers up. I know in the end, it's faster to not skill up profs as you go, but I can't help myself!

It seems herb/mining xp might be shared between all toons that also have the profession or something like that. Possibly arch too if they all go to the same place, i have yet to test that.
