1) Currently jamba can only be displayed top to bottom: each toon is represented by a bar that contains multiple values in a column. I don't find that the most user friendly way. So first idea would be to make it so that you can unattach a toon and it's bars from the jamba window (or move around in the jamba window). That way one could list his toons in a horizontal way, which is visually better tmho.
2) Each unit could have the same 'bars' it has now. Power (mana), xp bar and a bar to show if follow broke or not (awesome jamba feature).
3) Debuffs in a graphical way (like shadow unit frames does it nowadays).
4) Something I haven't found a solution for so far: casting bars for my slaves. So far I can only see the party bars when they are in the same group, which is hardly the case in a bg.

If it was me to decided, i'd go for casting bars as an absolute priority.

It would be awesome if jamba could replace the unit frames i have to use nowadays.
Zenga - this is what I use Shadowed Unit Frames for. I'd love to have this functionality in Jamba, but you can actually configure SUF to use the Unit Name instead of the UnitID to place them on your screen. It is a PITA to configure but you could essentially get what you want.

If this was in Jamba it would become the one addon to rule them all.
