Do i need cata to..

I got atm 5 lvl 70, and still going strong with the lvling, my questing is now..
" Do i need cata atm..? "
" Do i loose the benifits of cata, like flying skill in old lands, guild lvling, guild items and so on? "
I hope ofc. cata only benifits if u wanna make a new race or going to lvl 80-85.

Hope someone know the answer, but guessing i wont be 110% sure before to night.

Just do what I'm going to do, get Cata probably next week when you're closer to 80. I'm leveling my PvE team (69 atm) and am thinking of leveling them first, even before my shammies. I don't need Cata until then, so that's my thought.

well.. i want the flying thingy.. and the guild xp thingy :-) so i payed for 5x digi. cata lol.. 150 £

If it's like past releases, things like old world flight and guild XP will be universally available to everyone, including non-cataclysm-upgraded accounts. The only thing Cata accounts will get extra will be the new races and the new 81+ zones.
