Jamba - Slaves offline

Let me start with the problem, then list everything I tried to fix.

My slaves show offline. I cant use the jamba team invite, I cant push any settings, taxi doesnt work.. etc etc. They show offline.

1. I have set the exact same master and slave setup manually on all toons
2. I have set communication to a channel and password of my choosing
3. I have tried all three options - console reloadui, logging out, restarting wow
4. I have tried deleting the addon folders, and then doing a search and deleting all of the jamba files from the WTF folder
5. I have tried checking and uncheckint "assume all members are online"


Has anyone else had this same problem and found what it was?

I have used Jamba since roughly April 2009. I don't ever remember once having a toon displaying offline and this problem.

Jafula added that setting "Assume All Team members Always Online" (as Lyonheart stated) some time ago, and the default setting is that it will show all your toons, online or not.
THe online ones should however still show 'online'.

I usually have the problem where slaves show offline when i first add them. Even though the channel is correct, and they appear correctly in the toon list, Jamba doesn't detect them as online.
Everything sorts itself out when i relog however, which doesn't appear to be the case for you :-/

Make sure Jamba Settings screen is showing exactly the same team list and same team leader on all toons.

Also are you playing on official servers ? Pardon me for asking this but Jamba is broken on most private servers because of limitations they have. I know that mentioning private servers is not allowed here but I thought I had to make it clear for the unlikely case this information could be relevant. Sorry again for asking this.

Im pritty sure illilli play´s on my old server, infact he last time i logged on my paladin he was playing in my old guild on Outland EU.

OK, disregard my 2nd question then.

Another suggestion I just thought of : try disabling all addons except Jamba if you haven't already done so. There might be some weird compatibility issue.

When it shows a toon is offline (but they're actually online), one of two things have happened.

a) The name is not exactly the same, maybe you have... î instead of ì.
b) The toons are not in the same Jamba channel.
