goblin rockets and engi rockets?

can you be a goblin engineer and use both?

i know that the racial rockets share cooldown with the racial boots, but doesnt say anything about the engineering..

The trinket rocket launcher? If so, it had a seperate cooldown from the glove ones and requires you to be specialized in goblin. The rockets take a while to cast, however, it has something like 45 yard range, which I still believe is longer then what wowhead's tooltip says. :P ... I played with it in early bgs, launching 5 of them would global some targets rofl before they reached me

no, I am talking about the Hand-Mounted Pyro Rockets. and the Cata equivalent.

The trinkets are garbage when you replace them so easily.
