Keyclone - Can you keymap a Mouse Click?

I have a mage on a remote account, and I press the Blizzard spell key bind.

I position the mouse on where I want to Blizzard using the remote account's mouse.

Is there a way to key map a keyboard event into a Mouse Click in the remote account's computer?

Say
Key "B": /cast Blizzard
Key "N": mouse_click

I want to press B and N from the main computer so the remote account, will cast Blizzard on where I left the mouse pointer to.

Can I do this via keyboard and keymaps, using KeyClone?

I'm wondering if this could be kludged, at least on remote machines by sending double clicks to the coordinates desired if the window is out of focus and single clicks to the focused window... The way I manually do it is just mouse over and doubletap each position, as long as the windows aren't overlapped the focus shift shouldn't be an issue...

If I recall the problem before was that it actually cycled focus as each window received clicks... which on a single machine setup would be a nightmare, but on multimachine not so much.
