You have it configured to temporarily enable Mouse Repeat any time you hit Space with Key Maps enabled.

Select the General key map in the top pane, then in the bottom left pane expand "Others Jump" and select Advanced under it. Uncheck Send Next Click

You also have it configured to do this any time you hit F4. in WoW Key Bindings, your "Copy of INTERACTTARGET" also has Send Next Click enabled. Remove the Hotkey or uncheck the option there too
