Dual Boxing Two Healers....Any Fun?

Hey there,

I was thinking. I have only two accounts, that is the most I can afford. I have two 80 mages, Im pretty good. But I think Im not harnessing the true power of dual boxing. So I was wondering wheather haveing just like two healers is any fun? I could do both pvp and pve

furthermore, if you have any deadly two class combos I could use in cata, that'd be great.

2 druids. Tank, Heal, or DPS

Were I only 2-boxing, I'd go with tank/healer no question - no waiting for heroics because they're both in demand.

Class-wise, 2 druids would be fun as EaTCarbS says, but in my opinion Paladins are better (and easier) tanks, and Shaman are generally easier to heal with, if not actually better healers.

Two of the same, is double the power.
And a lot easier to box, than two different classes.

I'd be very tempted to look at Druid/Priest, Priest/Shaman, or Druid/Shaman dual healers.

Druid:
- Hots.
- Nature's Swiftness, Swiftmend.
- Wild Growth.
- Innervate, Battle Rez.
- MotW/Thorns.

Priest:
- Shield, Pain Suppression.
- Divine Aegis, Penance.
- Holy Nova, Prayer of Healing.
- Power Infusion, Fear.
- Shadow Protection/Fortitude

Shaman:
- Totems.
- Earth Shield, Healing Stream.
- Chain Heal, Riptide.
- Bloodlust/Heroism.
- Water Walk, Unending Breath.

For some reason, wouldn't want to dual box a Holy Pally with another healer.
Don't have a good reason, and they'd probably be decent at it.
But I'd be tempted to go Pally/Pally, playing both as a Holy Shock spec.

Pally:
- Single target healing per second.
- Bubble, Sacrifice.
- Beacon of Light, Stun, Judgements.
- Aura, Blessing, Holy Shock.
