My lowbies had them by 40 :P

Doing SM Cath @ 5-10 minutes a run, they could buy them at 30. All of my lowbie team is exalted with all but Darkspear, and they're nearly exalted with them. I love the new tabard system. What's funny/irritating is my mage who's running them through all these dungeons can't buy one yet
