Ok, so checked this out a bit more, the vanilla is the only one that is available as a digital download, the rest are either upgrade online or have the retail copy shipped out which shipping for me would cost 6 dollars plus sales tax.
I suppose the choice then is really if you want to get the digital download and upgrade those accounts straight away, that would avoid shipping and taxes otherwise BC and WotLK have to be mailed out (if you want to use them later over the next few months)
Still a good price if you want more additional accounts fully upgraded and ready for Cataclysm. If you just want throwaway accounts you could still just get vanilla accounts, upgrade them as trial BC when you want to go to Outlands and then dispose of the accounts once the BC trial expires.
BTW, they do email the keys for vanilla, I used my current BNet account and ordered through it and at the end of the order it gives you the option to activate or gift the keys, it then emails the receipt with the keys to your BNet email.

you are mad!!! why not just buy vanilla digital download then upgrade all the way?? I think your having me on!! Why waste your time waiting outside a shop when you can buy online and sleep?? lol

My rig isn't finished being built yet, so just getting it now instead of later. Also wanted to pick up a PS3, so all in all it wasn't a complete waste. Just grabbed those things and got to a cashier before a long line could form.

This makes it pretty cheap to RAF a batch of toons or reroll/raf if you are thinking about it :P

Personally I bought a few as throw away accounts, have not bothered with the BC or WotLK offers due to not wanting anything above level 60 where RAF ends.
