what you could try and do is use the gifting system, instead of buying it for yourself, you gift it too someone else, not sure how this would work but i'd imagine it would stay unused until they chose to use it?

The RAF will start as soon as you add that to your battlnet. So if your trying to delay the RAF for Dec 7th, but keep the discount I am assuming that won't work since you dont have a CD key with the digital download and its performed from the battlenet interface itself.

Are you sure? The last time I did a digital download it provided the keys in emails and I could apply them to a trial account when needed. Has the digital download changed and now bound to the battlenet account?

Honestly I don't know.

Well, if you click on the purchase link it does go directly to the battlenet login / create an account. When you have an account that can be upgraded, lets say from tbc to wotlk, it takes you right to the purchase wizard.

Seems odd that it would give you guys right there in the battle net to apply.

So I thought a little more about this and due to the fact that I have always used the cheap throwaway accounts on new throwaway email accounts I think I have always gifted the new games.
That is most likely why I got the email with keys in them and so i could use whenever I needed them and not have to activate the new keys straight away.

When it says ends 30th.. do we get the 30th to buy them too?? As i am completely skint apart from £80 to go clubbing over weekend! spent all my wages on drink..(and a naga mouse) lol I get payed on the 30th!! hoping that it will still be available!!
