While the accident itself may not have a person at fault, the fact that these forums are turning into "nublet whine-fest about keyclone issues before they actually contact keyclone to resolve or even INVESTIGATE said issue" is somewhat annoying to the rest of us who may or may not use keyclone. Keyclone (the person) must have the patience of an elephant to deal with these sort of individuals that either need to be handholded or just whine forever.

Is there any chance of getting a dedicated keyclone area on the boards that we can direct them to? I realize this is the general forums so it's more my opinion than anything, but it seems like none of the keyclone issues that are popping up are anything new and are just noise to the rest of the threads.
