Odd mouse issue with ISBoxer?

I have seen an intermittent issue with the mouse since I have come back to WoW and boxing( last 3-4 weeks).

I use innerspace/ISBoxer.


Symptom: Every now and then my mouse stops working in my main window. The mouse cursor will move, but left and right mouse button clicks stop working in the main window. Which means I can't click on my bars move the camera etc.

This is fixed by clicking on a slave window bringing that up and the clicking back on my now small master window.

My first thought is perhaps I'm hitting some combo that is changing the mode without realizing it, less likely is perhaps there is a bug I'm encountering with ISBoxer.

I use my keypad for most my keyboard entry and am always using modifiers (ctrl-alt) so I could I suppose be hitting some combo that is changing how mouse events are being processed with by accident.

Anyone have any thoughts about this?

Also as a side note, are there key combos that are predefined to make a slave window become the main window. I've always just clicked the mouse on the slave window to make it the active main window, but as I type this at work I'm guessing there is probably a better/faster way using hotkeys.

Under your character set, you can define which keys cause a Slot to become the main window.

I don't think any keys are set for this by default.
At least none were, when I made my most recent team which admittedly was quite a while back.
