I never have a problem with mobs resetting in cath. Library? Yes. Armory? Yes. Pull Cath in two pulls, pull everything outside in one big loop and kill everything at the base of the stairs leading up to the second level. Then pull everything in the Cath down the stairs of the Cath doors. If mobs run back into the Cath before they die, some of them may not yield XP.
