disconnects in large-scale PvP since 4.01?

I have been disconnected on 3-4 of my 5 toons almost without exception in big battles in AV, Isle, and WG, anyone else noticing this?

It never used to happen, and I would be able to run a Spearhead AV strat on one computer just fine before (that's 40vs40 essentially) but now if there's a 15v15 close to me, i get DCd on at least a couple of toons.

What could this be? it doesn't seem like GFX issues, so are there any fixes out there?

I had this issue shortly after patch, but not so much after the first few fixes they implemented...

I had this also on the Sunday just been (yesterday for me). Went into Gundrak and Dced on the first trash pull as well.

Now I'm back up north for work so I don't know if the issue has been fixed yet or not.

I ran across this issue in Mag. Terr. in the room with all the eels. If I pull more than half at a time and AOE, my whole team goes bye-bye. I disabled "Emphasize My Spell Effects" {Interface > Display} and "Show Spell Alerts" {Interface > Combat} and haven't run across the issue again. Yet.

Could just be coincidence, but I thought I'd pop that in there.

hmm thats interesting Khatovar, might have to give that a try

does everyone connect through a router when they get disconnected? perhaps the info being sent to the router from blizzard is overloading the router, too many connections?

I have two battle.net accounts. One for my level 80s and one for my lowbies. I have been 10 boxing since the beginning of the weekend. Once my lowbies all got disconnected at the same time. Then another time (several hours later) my 80 team got disconnected. WTF is up with that? Couldn't be a connection issue.

The only disconnect issue I have run into lately has been the timeout from tabbing out of the game. Get on a long flight path or something, tab out for a min or two always results in a kick to login screen. It was listed as a known bug on the forums.

May or may not be some of the disconnects you are seeing.
