I actually liked the pancake. This looks like a dust storm.
Looks like they'll have an easier time making this follow the surface of the landscape though.

Running 5-6 accounts on one computer, currently playing Horde on US-Skywall.
My main teams:
5x Shamans lvl 85
5-class team lvl 100: Paladin, Druid, Shaman, Mage, Priest
They could have had the dust above the quaking earth. AT least the first animation clearly showed that the ground was breaking up. This just looks like a giant farted over a sandy surface.

I kind of like the new animation - it makes it harder for people to tell where the real border is so it's harder for them to tell if they're out of it. I wish they had left some part of the shaking pancake though.Originally Posted by valkry
