Try the repair tool.
Hopefully that finds something and fixes it.

You could also ask in the warcraft technical support forum, since it bugs out with one account even.

If not, possibly a reinstall.
Not sure which would be faster.
You could copy from the laptop.
Or download again, from the warcraft site.
The reinstall sucks, but that should fix the issue.
