For clarification, and simplification, heres the basic problem even when I try to log in just one account

I almost always timeout on the logging into game server and it sends me to the server select screen. I can sometimes connect to other servers, but when I try to connect to my realm server it times out again... I'v deleated the WTF and Cache folders, and Addon folders. I have no problems logging in on my laptop, but cannot on my desktop.... Ideas?
