Fire Boss Grand amabassador Flamelash:

• Don't stand in the fire.
• Spawns fire adds - They give the boss the buff Burning Spirit, which buffs his damage and allows him to do an AOE fire nova. Stacks 50 times.

Water Boss Kai'ju Gahz'rilla:

• Iceblocks a party member (dispellable)
• Ice breath on tank, face away from party
• Throws people in the air, stand in water to avoid taking damage
• Ice blocks himself once and returns to full health

Earth Boss Crown Princess Theradras:

• AOE Farts, Melee beware.
• Throws you in the air.
• Fears, use tremor totem.
• Throws a rock that interupts spellcasting.

Air Boss Prince Sarsarun:

• AOE Stun - 3 seconds
• Throws people in the air with a levitate
• Avoid tornadoes

Looks like they're pretty easy.
