Fixing my healer shaman macro

Before the patch I used to have my shaman healer cast a heal on the tank from time to time, so I didnt have to pay too much attention to his heal and use the separate heal buttons.

I used something like this, and just keybound and spammed it.

/castsequence [target=party1] reset=combat Riptide,,,Earth Shield,,,Chain Heal,,,,

Now that doesnt work in 4.0, so I have to keep a closer eye on my health and use separate heal buttons. Can you think of any way to work it like before?

Assuming your Shammy does not DPS, and their actions are either:
a) Cast a heal; or
b) Be on a comma stage of the macro, doing nothing...

You could instead use, something like Water Shield.
