Default Windows Layout Problem

I updated my computers today and now have an odd problem basically making WoW unplayable (well, unboxable).

I'm using the same setup as I did six hours ago for ISBoxer, but my windows layout no longer works. I run one monitor at 2560x1600 and have 5 windows of WoW up. I run the main window on the right and the four alternate windows along the left side.

    --------------------
2..................
3.........1.......
4..................
5..................
    ____________

This setup has run just fine for months.

However, for some reason now it makes all the windows about 50% bigger than they originally were, leaving region 5 down in the nether regions somewhere off screen, region 4 only about 30% visable, and region 1 only about half visible. It is as if I'm running the same settings on a monitor that is only 1920x1200 or something. Looks something like this:

    --------------------
2..................
.....................
3......... 1 ......
.....................
    _ 4_________|

5 - I assume 5 is down here somewhere off screen since it does load

Screen resolution didn't change - definitely at 2560x1600. Checked the windows layouts and everything is the same (and set up correctly for a 2560x1600 monitor).

I tried copying the Innerspace folder from a backup, deleting and reinstalling it from scratch, and even using the patcher and the -d3d11 tag - none of these helped.

    Any ideas?
