    Blizzard has indeed made it so the p2p downloading goes on in the background regardless of if you want it to or not. Me and my friend just finished building a router based on pfsense because we were getting flaky results with the QoS on our DD-WRT linksys router.

    I should have worded it differently, but i normally watch my connections and ports and blizzard since the patch is using more then usual. And with lag, we all notice a slight decrease over a solo account user...

    The lag is odd, it comes and goes. Go visit bliz tech support forums, tons of stuff I have seen on there. I'm no networking expert, but you get an idea of what is going on....
