Aim? pve / pvp? Why?
4 dps? 1 tank? you want to heal in 5's with the 3 shams? etc etc etc.
As far as effectiveness, the best known melee-healer is the Ret-pally, as so many people here have tried it, and can give input. Ret-pallies have a lot of tools that enhance does not, mainly being effective burst, and better defensive cooldowns.
Enhance brings with it haste buff ( unless your goal was for the DK to be frost ) along with some other small buffs from totems, but nothing too severe for 5 man content.
If your goal is PvP, I would not suggest that as a very viable group composition. For PvE, it's a little un-orthodox, but anything is possible with enough effort.
I think the idea is really great.
Lucky me, i have a shaman team around. i personally find the idea really good.
The advantage to my team (5 DKs) is more heal.

If you just want to have fun, then sure. If for competitive pvp, stacking melee shaman might not be optimal. You just need 1 for bloodlust, tremor, that's it. Enhance survival is shitty. DK + 4 shamans, you would have slaves dying left and right. You can live as long as wolf + shamanistic rage. Then be naked after that.
Also melee is all about the frontal burst, you don't have the tools to hang with all the wizards. You have to kill them ASAP. and for frontal burst, enhance is not the top choice. Retardin with wings, Warrior with reckenless are better.

I am pvp focused, so i have no glyph for runtap (tankonly). My only heal at the moment is
from Lichbourne and Death Pact, but that is quite limited.
Because of that i am thinking about switching 2 or 3 DKs for Enhancers. I do not know the pulse frequence of the anti-snare totem at the moment.
In to the anti snare you gain chain- and greater heal. Sometimes even instant. So for me this does not sound as a bad deal at the moment.
So you would have 2 or 3 DKs that are preventing the enemys from running away or getting your nuketarget in position (Deathrgip) and the
shamans for healing and grounding and removing slows.
I think a two class team would still be managable, but in the end i will still stick with the 5 DKs. I reskilled and glyphed yesterday
and the rangedmg is quite good at the moment.

In PvE you can try it with 5 Blood DKs, Blood Parasite and Rune Tap and Mastery and spaming DS and a taunt rotation ( Grip and taunt )
Not many Damage, but i think it can work.
