Quick setup wizard not detecting chars

Seems that isboxer is not picking up my chars at all any reason to this ?

Toons need to have been logged in once, for the wizard to see them.

Given you cannot see any toons at all, is the warcraft profile pointing to a different warcraft folder possibly one which you've not logged any toons in with?

Assuming you don't have funky ascii names, can you manually add them?

Yes i have managed to get them in by putting their information manually my only problem is when launching it only launches one client any ideas?
