Cata Frost DK dps macro? anyone?

My 1 button spam macro looks like this:

/castsequence [reset=combat] plague strike, howling blast, obliterate, horn of winter, blood strike, blood strike, howling blast, howling blast, howling blast, howling blast
/cast frost strike
/use 13
/use 14
/cast blood fury
/cast anti-magic shell
/cast pillar of frost

Pulls respectable numbers, im sure its not optimal.
