raf xp messed up?

Yo,

I was hoping someone could explain what is going on with my RAF experience.. Basically i am now in scholo at 54 and i notice that if i go too far from my toons my raf experience doesnt show up.. yet i still get same experience per kill (same mob type and level)

here is what it reads when the mob is close to toons:

Risen Warrior dies, you gain 495 experience. (+330 exp Refer-A-Friend bonus, +39 group bonus)

and what im over otherside of instance and toons at entrance..

You gain 495 experience. (+115 group bonus)

So.. what is up with this??

Possibly the RAF range is smaller then the Exp gained range?

Only thing i can think off. Allthough Scholo is quite small.

If you are correctly gaining as much experience at a distance, as you gain with RAF when close up, then there's a range on how far you can be where the game will break down how much is RAF etc.

I'd only be concerned if you were getting say 300 exp, when close to your other toons, but 100 exp at a greater distance; ie, if you were losing out on the RAF bonus.
