I'll stop the video spamming soon, but I did like the footage I captured for my first ever Scourgelord Tyrannus kill. After a couple unsuccessful attempts, I decided it was time to give PW: Barrier a shot. When Tyrannus get's his buff more than 1/2 way through the fight, and I'm surpposed to kite him, instead I just threw up 4 barriers and continued on... it worked great and I can see this strategy working very well for the difficult fights in Cataclysm:



And my very, very ugly Garfrost kill (actually killed him once before during the previous night and that one was fairly clean)

For me it looks like you havnt placed talents in the T3 Discipline talent named " Atonement "

If you had why would you be useing penance to a DPS form to "face" the enemy ? even tho I dont think facing is a problem with caster

Almost all my healing comes from Atonement. Penance is the greatest DPS tool a disc priest has (they only cast Penance on the boss, never on the tank). The tank is kept up with Atonement, Renews (when the shit hits the fan), or the collateral damage holy nova (I need to rely on that a bit less, but it's for my oh-shit the priests are dying). The priests shield themselves.

If you don't see renews on the tank in the buff section, and there are green numbers flying, that's almost guaranteed to be Atonement.

Well i didnt expect so much dmg from penance i thougth smite would be better just thinking of the healing it provides also
