Going to step off 5 Shammies for awhile, and give a different build a try.

1x Ele Sham
3x Shadow Priests

Warlock gives the pewpew bonus, Ele Sham gives some +Crit and the Shadow Priests just seem like fun.

Possibly consider a toon who could tank, even if they're not spec'd that way.
It opens up the LFD tool, assuming you are PvE inclined.
