theres an addon called Clique that works with them. it adds a new tab in your spell book and you can easily assign spells to clicks using all the normal modifiers. its also heavily used in conjunction with grid. though ive been having issues with the blizz frames randomly disappearing on me so ive gone back to grid until thats fixed
