Any drawbacks to 64bit XP for multiboxing?

Are you saying the vista64 actually runs better than xp32?

For me it does, but again this is a new gaming rig that is high end. And being able to use my entire 4 gigs of ram works wonders.

I frequently play wow or lotro/eq2 at the same time and notice no noticeable slow down and under XP it wasn't so pretty.
