I'm taking a guess, but moonfire in a castsequence if specialized in Sunfire Talent will mess the macro up, it hangs moonfire as a cooldown spell in a macro. Moonfire turns to sunfire if Solar eclipse procs.

If this is the case, just spend your 4 pts elsewhere in the balance tree till they fix this bug.
