They are sets of macros, which you know work and work well.

But your needs might be different than the macro authors.
And spells, talents, glyphs and such will change over time too, so what was optimal once might not remain so.

Take the macros as a starting point.
And tweak them, if you think something works better.
Play around with it for a while, and then either keep it or revert back to these.
You can always try different variations.
