If you click on Advanced, under the name of the Mapped Key and above the Steps, the bottom option lets you not load the mapped key initially.

My raiding setup uses ISBoxer and I use a combination of FTL , StickyTargeting, DPS on Focus, and Manual Assisting.

I would be interested to see how you set it up. With the old click macros I was able to set a focus and dps other targets. Now I have to use this proc macro setup I cannot use my old focus method. I really don't want to lost FTL because its amazing.

Do you also have a recommendation for short (<5sec) multi target trash fights?

just tested the destro macro and I have one question: why are you not using soul fire?

maybe I am doing something wrong, but with your setup I do about 1900 dps @ lvl 73, all spells seem the cast & proc as inteded

with this simple macro (just 1 button) I do 2300 dps:

/castsequence reset=target Curse of the Elements, Immolate, Conflagrate, Chaos Bolt, Corruption, Bane of Doom, Soul Fire, Soul Fire
/cast [@target] Firebolt

might not be most mana efficient (recasting curses far before finish), but mana seems not to be an issue

any thoughts? what am I missing? is the reason that the toon is below 80?

Just updated all the macros based on a few more days of testing and some good work from Pinot to help optimize.

The updates are in purple. We're particularly proud of the destro lock macro now. One surprising note: make sure you don't use the Incinerate glyph - it actually decreases your DPS!

I typically set up for longer fights since they can be a challenge and trash never is, although I try not to put up longer term spells in the first few casts since it is a waste on trash (like curse of elements).

Been running heroics with these macros and I'm blowing through them faster than ever. I'm doing some of the tougher acheivements (like Less-Rabi) without even thinking about it b/c my DPS is so high. From my perspective, I have no need to optimize them for non-bosses since everything melts.

For the above poster who requested something for trash you can simply edit the sequence macro to include your ae abilities. I for one changed every other lightning bolt to chain lightning and increased my dps by quite a bit. on trash of course.
