I either drop follow and back the main up, or walk the slaves forward into the main (if they're all going to be dropping AoE), If the main isn't going to be doing AoE, then I just use one of the slave windows to do the targetting, as it's not easy getting it right if the main isn't in the same position (especially on ground that isn't flat).

As for the camera, you used to be able to set preset camera views with WoW's SaveView(n) function, and restore them with SetView(n) (where n -1 to 5), but that's just another of the (probably) thousands of things that got broken in the latest patch

If it did work then a top down view is best, and you just drop AoE on top of everyone.
